We've tried to make ordering online as easy as possible. Follow the steps below, and you'll be placing orders in no time.
First you'll need to create an account. (You wont need an account if you just want to browse our inventory and don't want to buy anything.) The first time you try to access one of our secure pages, such as your shopping cart, you'll be prompted to login to your account or to create your account if you don't have one yet.
Creating your account is easy. Click on the Your Account link at the top of the page, follow the Create an account link, and enter your name, email address, and a password. At this point, you can also specify your shipping address. If you don't enter it now, you will be prompted for it when you place your first order. You'll also have the chance to sign up to become a DST Radical.
Use the list of categories to the left or the search box above to find items that you'd like to purchase. On each item's detail page, there's a list of related categories and genres that may contain other items you'd find interesting. Click the Add to Cart button on the detail page to add an item to your shopping cart.
When you're ready to purchase the items in your cart, click the Checkout button at the bottom of your shopping cart page. At this point, you should verify your shipping address and make sure your preferred shipping method is selected. Enter your credit card information, billing address, and any special instructions or comments you might have.
Click the Place Your Order button to place your order. We will send you an email confirmation with the details of your order.
You can check the status of your order and at any time by logging into your account (by clicking on the Your Account link at the top of the page). We will send you an email to notify you when your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that the Buyer will be completely responsible for the cost of the return shipping and, if needed, the insurance. Since Diamond Select Toys and Collectibles, LLC. ships all merchandise through UPS, a tracking number is assigned to each shipment. Diamond Select, in its sole discretion, may terminate your participation in the Site use for any reason, but especially if Diamond Select believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use. Diamond Select may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Site or any discussion board, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Diamond Select may immediately deactivate or delete your account, if any, and all related information and files in your accountand/or bar any further access to such files or the Site. 10. Diamond Select’s Proprietary Rights

You hereby release and discharge Diamond Select, its agents, employees, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns from any and all claims and demands you may now or hereafter have arising out of or in connection with the Permitted Uses of the Information or any Work, including, without limitation, any and all claims for the right of privacy, publicity, libel or slander and any and all claims and/or demands for royalties associated therewith.
You agree that there shall be no obligation to utilize the authorization granted by you hereunder. The terms of this authorization shall commence on the date this consent and release is transmitted to Diamond Select hereof and will be without limitation. 12. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

14. General Information
These Terms of Use together with the Diamond Select Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Diamond Select and governs your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements between you and Diamond Select. These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Diamond Select shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Diamond Select agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Baltimore County, State of Maryland. The failure of Diamond Select to exercise or enforce any right or provision stated herein shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other terms of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
