Information About Pending Pre-Orders

By now, you may have noticed that we've relaunched our website, with a new web store interface and advanced search functions. Currently, we are offering a variety of in-stock items only, with the aim of opening up pre-orders in the near future. But what if you already have a pre-order from the OLD shop.DiamondSelectToys.com?

Good news! Your pre-order(s) from the old DST site are still active; however, they are not yet accessible through the new website. Until pre-orders are carried over, you can get an update on your order, or change your shipping address, by contacting DST at webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com.

In the interim, we recommend you create an account on the new site so the old pre-orders will have a home when they are carried over. Your order history will not be visible yet, but you will be able to order in-stock items and your accounts will merge once the transfer happens.
