DST 2023-2024 Radical Club Members who are staying home will be able to place their orders for the Silver Surfer (Chrome) Animated-Style Statue - DST 2023 San Diego Comic Con Booth Exclusive during show week. If I buy a DST Radicals today, will I be able to purchase the San Diego Comic-Con Exclusive?
All New Memberships purchased before Friday, 7/15 will be processed immediately during business hours. All Memberships purchased on or after Saturday, 7/16 will be processed the next business day. IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED YOUR 2023-2024 DST RADICALS MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE DO NOT WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY!
When will I be charged, and when will my order ship?
Our Silver Surfer (Chrome) Animated-Style Statue is a pre-order. We will have inventory during the SDCC show but our web inventory will not arrive until after the show. Once they arrive, we will send a pre-order processing notice via email to alert you of when we will process your order. Please allow our warehouse 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.
What does the “Awaiting Shipping” status mean?
When the order has been sent to our warehouse, the status is changed to “Awaiting Shipping”; this is the last step before your order ships and we are no longer able to edit this order.
Can I pre-order exclusives for show pick-up?
We are not offering that service this year.
