Update Your Orders With Our New Dashboard!

Forget the fuss, our new dashboard is your one-stop shop for pre-order management! With a user-friendly interface, you can easily modify shipping addresses, payment information, or cancel your order. From the moment you place your pre-order to the day of delivery, you can track the status of your eagerly anticipated collectibles! In addition, our improved shipping calculations will give you real-time shipping costs based on UPS or USPS rates.

Once you’ve placed your order, you can visit your account settings to view your order details. You must be logged in to see your order details.

 

With our new pre-order system, you can now manage your pre-orders on your account dashboard seen below! The “ACTIONS” Dropdown menu will give you several options for you to view and/or update your order - Overview, Update Payment Information, Update Address, Cancel Pre-Order.

 

OVERVIEW

The Overview tab will show the product ordered, your Subtotal, Shipping Cost, Tax, and Grand Total. Below you can track your status, which should show as one of the following: Pending, Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipping, Shipped, or Declined. If there is an issue with your order, please provide our customer service team with the order number provided in the details.

UPDATE PAYMENT

If your card has expired, was lost/replaced, or you would like to add a different card to your order, click on the item you wish to update and add your new payment method in the section seen below. The last four digits of the previous card used will be shown as reference.

UPDATE ADDRESS

In your pre-order dashboard, you can now update your billing and shipping address.

CANCEL PREORDER

If you’d like to cancel your pre-order, select “I want to Cancel my Pre-Order” in the dropdown menu and click “CANCEL PRE-ORDER”. Your status may take a while to update. If there is an error or your status has not updated after 1-2 days and you have not received a cancelation email, please reach out to webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com to confirm the cancelation.
