Domestic Shipments
Diamond Select Toys uses UPS and USPS options as our primary couriers for the majority of our collectibles. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and taxes. Diamond Select Toys collects sales tax on all orders based on the delivery address.
International Shipments
Diamond Select Toys uses UPS and USPS options as our primary couriers for the majority of our collectibles. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as any custom duties and taxes. Diamond Select Toys has no control of established customs fees and taxes in other countries.
Returns or Exchanges
Customers must contact Diamond Select Toys within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange or refund.
Please Note: The outer package and packaging materials of our products serve only as protection for the product during shipping. Diamond Select Toys. guarantees the quality of their products excluding the packaging and packing materials. We do not replace damaged outer packages and/or packing materials.
If you receive a damaged or defective product and would like a replacement:
- Please send images of the damage/defect to webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com
- Once we validate the claim, Diamond Select Toys will have sole discretion, to either send out a pre-paid shipping label for the return or send instructions for destruction of the damaged/defective product with a request for acceptable proof of destruction. A replacement will be issued once we receive the return or satisfactory proof of destruction. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for a replacement to be sent out.
- Please note, Diamond Select Toys reserves the exclusive right to not accept a return and in Diamond Select Toys’ sole discretion can refuse to accept a return from any individual who abuses this return policy.
If you receive a damaged or defective product and would like a refund:
- Please send images of the damage/defect to webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com

If you receive a product and decide that you’ve changed your mind:
- Please return your item; the product must be returned in new, factory sealed, sellable condition. Once we receive the product and have inspected it, a refund will be issued for the product plus taxes (no shipping charges will be refunded.)
- Please note, Diamond Select Toys reserves the exclusive right to not accept a return and in Diamond Select Toys’ sole discretion can refuse to accept a return from any individual who abuses this return policy
If you decide to cancel a pre-order or cancel an order:
- Please contact webcustomerservice@diamondselecttoys.com of your intention to cancel a pre-order or order, if the item has not yet shipped, Diamond Select Toys will issue you a full refund. Any coupon codes and/or reward points used on the cancelled transaction are non-transferable and hereby forfeited. Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for your credit to appear on your account.
Incorrect Product Listings
In the event that a Diamond Select Toys collectible or other physical item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Diamond Select Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Diamond Select Toys reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Diamond Select Toys shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
